The Device leaves its footprint almost untouched respectng the circulation. Its form stands high, and can be seen at the focused points of circulation. The device communicates cloud conditions similarly to how the river comunicates changes in tide. The device climbs and decends its ladders acording to updated forecasts on cloud conditions, this simply communicates an invitation to the public to visit the river side later to see star projections on site. And, also enables the telescope to have a better panoramic view of the sky. The device would beinhabited by David L Crawford, astronomer. He lives in an open space for functions to overlap, ie, Working, eating, sleeping, and a confined space for Personal hygiene. The device is glazed only on a portion of the north facing facade, so to keep privacy from the hotels and cafes/restaurants. And, the glazing roofs the sleeping area, so to quench davids lust for the sky.
